The ZKS series linear vibrating screen is applicable to various industries such as coal, chemical, and construction materials. It is widely used for material dewatering, desliming, desludging operations, as well as final grading operations for products.
The ZKS series linear vibrating screen is designed and manufactured based on the absorption of new technologies and structures from abroad, combined with the practical needs of production development in China. This series includes the single-layer linear vibrating screen (ZKS) and the double-layer linear vibrating screen (2ZKS), and specific models can be selected based on requirements.
The screen machine is mainly composed of a screen box, exciter, support system, and motor.
The eccentric block-type exciter can adjust the amplitude within a certain range by adding or subtracting weight plates.
It adopts the principle of dual-motor synchronization.
The exciter and motor are connected by a flexible coupling, and a universal coupling can be used for the middle shaft.
Rubber springs are used for damping.
High-strength bolts are used to connect the crossbeam and side plates in a torsion-shear configuration.
Advanced technologies such as nylon nuts are employed to prevent loosening.
