DESCRIPTION

The horizontal scraper discharge coal slurry centrifuge is a new generation coarse coal slurry dewatering equipment independently developed by our company, featuring an internationally advanced technological level.

Compared to the vertical scraper centrifuge, the horizontal vibrating centrifuge has the following advantages: high recovery rate, fewer vulnerable parts, a maximum feeding limit of 50mm, a simple process, low installation space requirements, and a processing capacity of up to 300 tons per hour. The size of the feeding particles affects both the moisture content and the processing capacity.

Technical Features:
The machine adopts a high-torque planetary cycloidal pinwheel differential gear to ensure the accuracy of the speed difference between the spiral scraper and the screen basket and the reliability of transmission. A torque limiter is installed at the input shaft end of the differential gear to protect it.
The compact horizontal design allows for easy replacement of vulnerable parts in the horizontal direction, significantly reducing the height of the factory.

The spiral feeding method greatly increases the processing capacity of the equipment, and a high centrifugal factor results in lower product moisture.
Wear-resistant protective measures are applied to all material contact areas, significantly extending the service life of vulnerable parts.
Key components are sourced from internationally renowned brands, such as the main bearing using SKF imported from RunDean, seals using Simrit imported from Germany, and the torque limiter using a German imported brand, ensuring high quality and reliability.
