The dewatering screen is equipped with an efficient box-type exciter, using thin oil lubrication, operating with low noise, and easy to maintain.

The crossbeam adopts a rectangular seamless pipe structure with a more reasonable section strength. The external surface of the crossbeam is coated with polyurethane to ensure wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.

The dewatering screen uses a spiral composite spring for good isolation and vibration damping effects.

The drive shaft is connected to the exciter with a high-quality flexible rubber disc. Compared to traditional universal joints, it has a larger load-bearing capacity and provides better protection for the exciter.

The feed section of the screen machine is designed with a 45° inclination to facilitate the rapid formation of a material bed. The middle section and discharge section are designed with a -5° slope to form a gentle slope, slowing down material movement and aiding in effective screening.

The screen surface is made of polyurethane material, and the entire large screen surface is formed by connecting polyurethane panels with a track connection method. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, and polyurethane material exhibits strong wear resistance.
