The BLS series box-type exciter large banana screen is a linear vibrating screen with multiple sections of screens featuring different inclinations. It is primarily used for size classification of materials with high fine particle content in large and medium-sized particles. Additionally, it can be used for dewatering, desliming, and desludging operations on medium to fine-grained materials.
The banana-shaped multi-stage screen promotes material ejection, reduces blockage, and significantly improves screening efficiency and machine processing capacity. Here are the features:
The side plates are made of high-strength structural steel, precision-cut with high-precision CNC cutting to ensure the accuracy of the shape and position of all holes. High-strength bolts are used for connection without welding seams to avoid the generation of thermal stress, greatly minimizing the risk of side plate cracking.
The exciter adopts high-precision carburized and quenched helical gear drive to ensure bearing capacity, smooth operation, and reliability. It uses imported oil seals to prevent oil leakage during operation. The magnetic oil plug adsorbs metal fines inside the vibrator, purifying the lubricating oil. Imported specialized bearings ensure reliability under vibration load. The exciter housing is processed in one step by a CNC machining center and inspected by a three-coordinate measuring instrument.
The exciter driving beam is made of high-strength steel plate with a box-shaped structure. It undergoes automatic welding with specialized fixtures, ensuring high weld strength. After welding, it undergoes heat treatment to eliminate residual stress.
The crossbeam adopts a rectangular seamless pipe structure with a more reasonable section strength. The external surface is coated with polyurethane to ensure wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.
The spring uses a metal spiral steel spring wrapped with a rubber composite spring, featuring small amplitude in the resonance zone, low noise, and long service life.
The screen plate uses stainless steel strip-sewn polyurethane-edged screen plate, with high opening rate, wear resistance, long service life, and easy maintenance.
