四.How to solve the problems of incomplete dewatering and not discharging?

Firstly, check whether the screen mesh is clogged or badly worn. If so, clean or replace the screen surface in time, and at the same time tighten the drive belt and screen.

Tighten the bolts to ensure that the parts of the equipment are firmly connected. Add lubricant to the vibration motor to ensure its normal operation. If the support spring is found to be stiff or damaged, the dewatering screen spring should be adjusted or replaced in time.

Ensure that the screen box of the dewatering vibrating screen maintains the same horizontal level as the horizontal plane when it is installed, so that the material can flow in a straight line, avoiding that the material can’t flow normally due to the offset of the screen surface.

Control the feed rate uniformity, according to the equipment model corresponding to the processing capacity of the feed, to avoid too fast feed rate caused by screen mesh blockage.

For a large number of finer grades of finer materials, you can increase the auxiliary screening method. Auxiliary screens with larger mesh size screens are used to pre-teen the product grades on the screen. Machine reasons:

Dewatering screen mesh is not tightened, and the transmission belt is too loose, which will lead to incomplete dewatering. The screen mesh and belt should be tightened in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Loose bolts will affect the stability of the equipment, and the bolts should be checked and tightened regularly.

Lack of lubrication of the vibration motor will affect the operating efficiency and life of the equipment. Lubricant should be added to the vibration motor on a regular basis.

Large stiffness or damage to the support spring will cause the material to be subjected to a large excitation force, resulting in violent vibration and affecting the dewatering effect. The support spring should be adjusted or replaced.

Material reasons:

The feeding speed is too fast and the feeding is not even, which will cause the material layer on the screen surface to be too thick, resulting in clogging of the screen mesh and incomplete dewatering. The feed rate should be controlled evenly, to avoid giving too much or too little material.

The material contains a large amount of mud, which will increase the difficulty of dewatering. You can consider adding auxiliary screening methods, or ore-treatment of materials to reduce the mud content.

Materials with particle size less than 3/4 of the mesh size are easy to steal through the sieve, particles larger than 3/4 of the sieve hole are difficult to pass through the sieve hole, and particles with a particle size of 1 – 1.5 times the mesh size are called granules. According to the particle size of the material should choose the appropriate screen, improve screening efficiency.
