Vertical Screw Discharge Centrifuge is a kind of dewatering equipment that uses centrifugal force generated by mechanical rotation to separate solid-liquid mixtures. The motor drives the differential through the triangle belt, and the differential is equipped with two pairs of helical cylindrical gears with a difference of 1 tooth, which mesh with the gears mounted on the outer shaft and on the mandrel respectively, so as to keep the screen basket and the spiral discharge rotor rotating in the same direction with an appropriate difference in rotational speed.
The coal slurry passes through the inlet and enters the space between the screen basket and the screw discharge rotor via the fabric cone. Under the action of centrifugal force, water and small coal slurry particles through the material layer, through the screen, along the upper cover into the upper part of the machine base of the water collection tank, and then discharged out of the machine through the liquid discharge pipe located on both sides of the machine base; coal particles are kept in the inner side of the screen basket, because of a certain rotational speed difference between the spiral discharging rotor and the screen basket, the spiral discharging rotor will be scraped from the coal particles on the screen mesh, and will be pushed to the bottom of the screen basket, so as to unload the dehydrated coal slurry to the lower side of the machine receiving materials. The dewatered coal slurry is unloaded into the collecting hopper under the machine, and this dewatering process is carried out continuously.
一.Installation points of vertical screw discharge centrifuge
1.Inspection before installation
Before installing the vertical screw discharging centrifuge, careful inspection work must be carried out. First of all, it is necessary to check whether the size of the footing of the installation location is exactly in line with the drawings, and any deviation may affect the stability and normal operation of the equipment. At the same time, it is also necessary to use a levelling instrument to check the level of the installation site. 3.Requirements after installation

1.Check before starting

When the drum is full of auxiliary liquid, then gradually add the suspension, so that the load of the centrifuge is gradually increased to the normal load. For example, in practice, when dealing with suspensions with high densities of solid and liquid phases, the solids are easy to settle, and the method of adding auxiliary liquid is particularly important at this time. 3.To prevent clogging method
When operating the vertical screw discharge centrifuge, the feed volume and suspension concentration should be strictly controlled. When the feed amount is too large or the concentration of suspension is too high, it is possible that the spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge is blocked and forced to stop. To avoid this situation, the feed rate and suspension concentration should be reasonably controlled according to the specifications and performance of the equipment. If clogging occurs, the following methods can be used to eliminate. Firstly, introduce the flushing liquid from the feeding pipe, and at the same time, slowly rotate the drum by hand along the rotating direction of the drum, so that the slag blocked in the drum is gradually discharged from the slag discharge port of the drum.
